Tvarkuva plans to hire an initial batch of 100 Filipino workers, with Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) facilitating face-to-face recruitment interviews for Environmental Maintenance Worker and Loading Platform Operator positions on October 5 and 6, 2026, respectively, at the MGSI office in Times Plaza Building, Manila.
During the interviews, Tvarkuva representatives met with Filipino applicants to assess their qualifications for the available roles. The visit also gave the delegation an opportunity to learn more about Filipino culture and gain a better understanding of the workers they plan to welcome into their workforce.
Beyond the initial hiring, Tvarkuva is considering a second batch, with the number of workers depending on the performance of the first group. The next intake could match or exceed the initial target of 100, potentially creating more opportunities for Filipino workers to pursue employment overseas.
As recruitment progresses, MGSI continues to work toward its goal of helping Filipino workers find meaningful employment abroad and giving international employers access to the skills Filipino talent has to offer.
