A stronger roadmap toward 2028 begins with aligned strategies, focused execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

On May 21 to 22, 2026, Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) held its Strategic Planning Session at The Fern Gardens in Tagaytay City, bringing together leadership teams, regional market heads, and support units to define priorities and operational direction for 2026 to 2028 under the theme “Roadmap to 2028.”

The two-day session focused on aligning business strategies across global operations, with discussions centered on performance targets, market positioning, operational efficiency, compliance, and execution priorities across key regions. Leadership discussions challenged teams to move beyond broad planning frameworks and focus on concrete, measurable objectives that would guide the company’s direction over the next three years.

Day 1 centered on regional market strategies and operational assessments, while Day 2 focused on execution planning and the programs needed to support implementation across business units and regions.

Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) President Marlon R. Roño and MGSI Global Operations General Manager Alvin D. Gonzales were present throughout the planning sessions, guiding discussions and reinforcing alignment across operational and support functions.

The program also included discussions on deployment performance, agency benchmarking, digital and social media insights, compliance priorities, and regional market opportunities covering Eastern Europe, Northwestern Europe, Central Europe, North America, and Japan. Regional market heads presented localized growth strategies aligned with MGSI’s long-term operational goals.

Held within the open and collaborative environment of The Fern Gardens, the venue provided teams with dedicated spaces for presentations, breakout discussions, and cross-functional alignment sessions throughout the two-day program.

The planning session concluded with a stronger and more unified leadership direction across business units. More than identifying goals for the coming years, the discussions resulted in clearer execution priorities and measurable focus areas across MGSI’s global operations as the company continues to strengthen its market position heading into 2028.

A total of 27 MPs from MGSI, MPRC, Magsaysay Training Center (MTC), Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA), Magsaysay Institute of Shipping (MIS), and A. Magsaysay, Inc. (AMI) participated in the strategic planning session, reinforcing cross-functional collaboration and operational alignment across the organization.
