From June 15 to 19, 2026, Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) hosted the Human Resources Team of Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) for the recruitment of aircraft mechanics and sheet metal workers. KAMS is one of Ryanair’s aircraft maintenance bases in Europe, located at Kaunas Airport in Lithuania.
In addition to conducting recruitment activities, the KAMS delegation visited several aviation schools and met with Philippine government agencies to gain a better understanding of the country’s aviation education system, workforce capabilities, and business environment.
KAMS offers an entry-level salary of EUR 1,800 net per month, free accommodation for the first year, and a competitive benefits package. Qualified applicants must hold a degree in aircraft maintenance, have at least two years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), and be willing to relocate to Lithuania. Successful candidates are expected to be deployed within the year.
