Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. is the land-based manpower and human resources services arm of Magsaysay. The firm provides best-in-class business solutions for the Recruitment and Placement of international workforce for various industries around the world and for Executive Search services in the Philippines.​

​The two main business solutions of Magsaysay Global deliver extensive recruitment and talent acquisition expertise for positions and roles in various industries: Healthcare, Hospitality, Agriculture and Food Processing, Construction and Engineering, Transportation, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Shoreside Marine, Facilities and Household Support, Retail and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. The International Recruitment and Placement unit (POEA-069-LB-072622-R) manages the recruitment, deployment, and human resources services needs of companies in Canada, United States, European countries, Hungary, United Kingdom, and Japan. The Executive Search unit (PEA M-23-02-003) manages C-Suite level, managers, and specialist professional talent sourcing and expatriate engagement services.

Established in 1992, Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. is part of the Magsaysay Group of Companies and is a business segment of Magsaysay People Resources.

ENVIRONMENTAL

We continually review and refine our Environmental Management System for sustainability and effectiveness to attain our corporate goal, which is promoting and instilling the value of environmental awareness, concern and responsibility in all employees.

WORKPLACE VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT

The company will not tolerate actual or threatened violence or harassment against workers, visitors, applicants or anyone else on our premises.

Sexual harassment, immorality and misconduct in the workplace or work-related situations are unacceptable. Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:

  • Submission is made a condition of an individual’s employment.
  • Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as the basis for employment decisions affecting the individual, such as, but not limited to regularization, transfer, or promotion.
  • The conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work performance or creating an intimidating hostile or offensive working environment.
