On April 8, 2026, MPs and Interns of Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) participated in the Corporate Governance Orientation entitled Charting Our Integrity: The Magsaysay Field Guide to Corporate Governance, held at Times Plaza Building.
The session was facilitated by HR & OD Head for MPRC and AMIAFF, Mr. Paolo Nagtalon, and HR Generalist for MPRC and AMIAFF, Ms. Jamaica Nicolas. It reinforced MGSI’s commitment to accountability, transparency, and ethical business practices. Discussions covered key corporate governance principles and their application in daily operations and decision-making. MPs and Interns were introduced to frameworks that promote responsible and ethical conduct in the workplace.
This initiative supports MGSI’s ongoing effort to strengthen its culture of integrity by ensuring MPs and Interns are equipped with the knowledge and awareness needed to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance in their respective roles.
