Magsaysay Global Services (MGSI) completed the two-day DNV ISO 9001:2015 or Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor Training Course at Lyf Malate Manila last February 15-16. This was MGSI’s next step towards strengthening their quality and organizational systems and performance.
The training entailed understanding quality management principles and benefits, identifying organization’s quality processes, recognizing the QMS audit benefits, establishing an accepted internal audit program, enhancing participants’ internal audit skills, and enabling them to practice auditing and reporting.
Upskilling the participants in internal auditing and quality management system ensures MGSI’s compliance to the relevant international standards and implemented regulations and laws. It empowers the key players of the company to promote globally accepted and lawful processes and systems.
