On October 1, 2025, Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) co-hosted the virtual Job Offer Ceremony organized by JAL Engineering Co., Ltd. The event marked an important milestone for the three selected Filipino workers who attended the ceremony from the MGSI office, alongside 84 Japanese participants at the JALEC office in Tokyo, Japan, and other nationalities who joined online.
The Job Offer Ceremony (内定式 / Naitei-shiki) is a meaningful Japanese corporate custom typically held on the 1st day of October, where the employer officially and formally announces their intent to hire new employees, and the candidates express their formal acceptance and gratitude. The newly accepted employees are then set to attend the Company Welcome Ceremony (入社式 Nyūsha-shiki) for all new hires on April 1.
Although conducted online, the ceremony remained a joyful and memorable occasion. The collaboration between MGSI and JAL Engineering Co., Ltd. reflects a shared commitment to bridging people to opportunities across the globe.
